Q1. How do I receive the clips?

You will receive a download link via Pcloud which you will get by email. This will include a folder for each part of the day and another folder with your Reels.

Q2. Do you keep all of the clips?

Unless they’re out of focus or an accidental record we keep and edit all the clips.

Q3. How long does it take to receive my footage and reels?

We prioritise getting your content to you asap, we aim for 24-48 hours. However Package 1 for 4 hours of coverage you get same-day.

Q4. Can I request certain videos or trends I want to film?

Yes! We love you getting involved and helping create your vision on your wedding day. The more ideas the better.

Q5. Are you a videographer?

No, unlike videography we film in portrait only so it’s compatible to watch on your phone and share on your socials. We are there all day like a videographer, but we deliver short clips/ reels from the day instead of a longer cinematic video.
